customer is eligible for a full refund within 5 working days after delivery if they are not satisfied with the product, wrong product or delivered product is faulty. Customer may get a refund or product replacement whichever they prefer. Products are covered by a warranty of 1 year by manufacturer, this does not cover faults which are caused by customer wrong use.
Terms and Conditions;
- Returned products due to wrong item should be un used and be in their original package, we will cater for all cost of shipping and any other additional cost.
- Damaged products won’t be accepted for a refund
- Product damaged due to power issues are not eligible for warranty or refund, extra cost will be charged on this items for repairs.
- No refund will be made on damaged goods that occurs during shipping, incase this occur clientshould sort this out with the courier.
- Cash on delivery terms only applies in Nairobi and its environs, Outside Nairobi full payment has to be made before dispatch.
- For bulk goods, customer will need to reach out for shipping cost .
- Refund is made within 48hrs after return.
